We appreciated the friendliness at the check-in, especially the beautiful personality and kindness of Wejdan, at tge reception, who assisted us. The staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and kind.. Babu, was very kind and helpful, as well as the chef at the omelet desk performed their job with big smiles, kindness and profesionalism. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and I must say, the service exceeded my expectations. A special thank's to Hamza at the reception and the Moroccan Front Office Manager for their professionalism and outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel itself is fantastic-clean, well-maintained, and with excellent amenities. My room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, making my stay truly relaxing. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every aspect of the service. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. And I will definitely be returning!

Great value for money! Breakfast buffet included and of a good standard. All staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful. Exceptionally well served by Uber. Nearest metro station only 10 mins walk away.

Excellent customer service and staff very welcoming. I arrived very late during the late so they allowed me a late checkout the day after so I could rest. Also, they provided me with some water as they saw I was exhausted by the trip. Amazing room with everything you need, big and very comfortable.
